Interactive Game at Magic Kingdom
There is news that a new interactive game will be debuting in the near future at Magic Kingdom Park very similar to Kim Possible's World Showcase Adventure at Epcot. The name of the game seems to be Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom.
Now, this game will apparently take place throughout the park using provided cards that will interact with the environment and guests will have to try and stop a certain villain.
Where exactly will these new interactive elements be located? Well, we all know that Engine Co. 71 - Firehouse Gifts closed recently. There was no exact word on what would replace it, besides rumour of a character meeting location. It turns out that the building will be converted to the headquarters for the game. The Frontierland Shootin' Arcade closed back on June 8th for a refurbishment with a reopening date of October 1st, 2011. The reason for the lengthy refurb is now rumored to be Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom. Adventureland and Fantasyland are said to also receive interactive elements.
