Just want to say a big thank you to Catrancher and the other lovely people incharge of the cruise section of the forum, it has been incredibly helpful inour planning of our first ever Disney cruise. xxxxxxxx

Ahhh... never mind the last. Just looked it up. Search is my friend also.
So, 7 night Eastern on the Magic huh? That was our first cruise we ever took on DCL and we loved it. You won't believe how gorgeous St. John is and Castaway Cay is to die for! Save me a deck chair on Deck 4 with a drink and a good book on those sea days! Forget the kids. You'll never see them!

Ohh... one quick word of advice though before you go.
On the water taxi that takes you to St. John from St. Thomas, be sure to sit inside. The channel between the two islands is essentially open sea and can get a bit rough. On ours, the people who were sitting outside got totally and completely drenched. We on the other hand, stayed dry.
