      Everywhere to enjoy, Mong Kok model aircraft. Stop for lunch at Casey. Edie's ice cream place in the evening. Shopping and recreational facilities before the fireworks.

      Well since it will be our first day on the upcoming trip...I imagine that we will probably start our trip in Animal Kingdom. Not that it will help up but it is the extended magic hour (morning) but since we are staying at AK...(wow, sounds so cool to hear that) we will most likely start there!
