      Free In Room Wireless Internet at DVC and Deluxe Disney World Resorts from October 14

      It sounds like Walt Disney World is finally getting with the times and providing free in room wireless internet at DVC and Deluxe resorts starting today, October 14, 2011.

      This has been discussed for a long time and hopefully it will become available for all resorts in the very near future.

      The hotels available at the moment are:

      • Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
      • Disney’s Beach Club Resort
      • Disney’s BoardWalk Resort
      • Disney’s Contemporary Resort
      • Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
      • Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
      • Disney’s Old Key West Resort
      • Disney’s Polynesian Resort
      • Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
      • Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort
      • Disney’s Yacht Club

      We stayed at the Animal kingdom lodge, last month, and we asked the question. they said the wires were all down and jsut waiting for a date to go live,

      Bit late for me, we really missed wifi on holiday,

      Oh well we will have to make the most of it on our next trip.

      its was about time too

      Hopefully they will offer it at all resorts soon

      It would be fantastic if its offered inside the parks,.. for those of us travelling from abroad, the 3G fees just mean we turn our phones off, but there are some cool apps I would love to try while in the parks so .. fingers crossed!
