Disney World once again will serve as the final stop on the 2012 PGA Tour schedule — but is moving back to a November slot that isolates it from the rest of the Fall Series.

The 2012 Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Classic is set for Nov. 8-11, according to the new schedule unveiled Wednesday. That moves it three weeks after the Fall Series event at Sea Island, Ga.

In between: Two events in Asia that apparently couldn't be moved.

While acknowledging the date isn't ideal, Classic director Kevin Weickel said having the final date was the "key position."

"Part of the excitement is to see which [year-end] story is going to unfold in that last event," he said. "There are so many choices."

Weickel pointed to this year's duel for the PGA Tour earnings title, in which both Webb Simpson and Luke Donald were late additions. Donald, ranked No.1 in the world, is trying to make up a $363,029 deficit after Simpson had a runner-up finish last week.

However, the date throws up a logistical hurdle in trying to attract top names likely competing the week earlier at a World Golf Championships event in China. Even though the HSBC Champions is an unofficial event, players aren't likely to turn down a four-round guaranteed payday.

It also comes after Daylight Savings Time expires, creating problems with tee times that send the first golfers out before 7 a.m.

The date dilemma stems from 2012 being a Ryder Cup year, inserting the biennial U.S.-Europe clash after the FedEx Cup series. That pushed all the Fall Series events back a week until Disney ran up against the Asian dates.
