      New here: looking to go!

Hi all Im new here and I have a few questions.

We go to Disney World every year with our little boy, who is now 4 years old. Im REALLY wanting to stay on Disney Property, preferrable at The Contemporary, Polynesian or Grand Floridian. My question is, is there anyway that I can rent them from other owners rather than purchasing the week from Disney.com? I have a timeshare (non Disney) and Ive always used that and stayed NEAR Disney.

      thanks!
      Nikki

Re: New here: looking to go!

You'd need to rent points and when applied to resorts (non-DVC villas) the points required often are more costly than the cash value of the resort where you would like to stay.

If you rent points from a DVC member to stay at a DVC Vacation resort villa, then you will get real value for your money.

      Old Key West
      The Beach Club Villas
Bay Lake Towers at the Contemporary
Kidani Village at the Animal Kingdom Lodge
      Wilderness Lodge Villas
      Boardwalk Inn Villas
and Saratoga Springs Resort are the DVC resorts that offer the villas.

      (I hope I didn't forget one)! LOL.
