I'm suffering with a bout of severe anxiety at the moment, courtesy of my neighbours, and wondered if anyone has any advice.
The worst thing is the nausea which is putting me off my food.
(The neighbours aren't the cause of the anxiety, it just made an existing condition much worse.)

Loud music/noise. We recently moved into a little semi-detached bungalow, in a quiet neighbourhood. Sadly we seem to have the only noisy neighbours in the street. They're quiet 80% of the time but I can't cope with the times when they aren't.
I've suffered from noise anxiety for decades so this has hit me hard. :(

They're a bit 'iffy'.... Pete has complained a couple of times and the bloke apologised both times but they still do it again.....

Thanks for that, but I don't want to go down that route. All I need at the moment is a remedy for the nausea/anxiety.

Do you take any medication to alleviate the anxiety?

You could try some noise cancelling headphones so you won't hear their noise.

Sometimes meditation can help ease anxiety.

    Hope you feel better
