      Being a mom..........

      ...is ordering the dessert you KNOW your daughter will like while she is trying so very hard to be "grown up" and ordering the "sophisticated" dessert. And then, upon seeing that she doesn't really care for the "sophisticated" dessert, asking her if she'd be good enough to trade you because you really don't care for yours.
