Christmas at the Castle
I am taking my 6 year old niece with Downs syndrome to the Majic Kingdom. Does anyone have any tips to share. She is wheelchair bound but cannot walk long distances due to her heart conditon. any shortcuts i should know about?Thanks

When are you going?
There is a Guest Assistance Pass that you can obtain that will allow you to shorten your waits for some attractions, I believe. I'm not sure how it works exactly, but persons with disabilities do find it useful.

We will be arriving on Monday 12/26 for the week. We are staying on one of the properties.

I dont know how to use this. Arriving Monday 02/26 and staying until New Years eve. Anyone know about the special pass for special needs children?

As Tink mentioned, they have a Guest Assistance Pass available from Guest Relations at each park. In some cases this will enable you to by pass standing in lines. Be prepared though to possibly still have to wait a while as crowds will be enormous at this time of year.

Use fast passes as much as you can. They will be distributed early because of the high volume of guests, so get them early in the day.
Guest services is where you need to go to get the GAP.
