This Monday, the 9th January, the Matterhorn Bobsleds at Disneyland park will close for refurbishment so that Disney can get the iconic mountain ready for a new fleet of bobsleds.

Featuring a new, sleek design, the vehicles will have three seats in each bobsled with two bobsleds linked together for a total of six guests.

The ride is due to re-open in June 2012.
