There is a new rumor going around that Disney is making plans to launch a new deluxe daytime parade sometime in 2013. According to the source it is likely to be around the same time they will open the majority of the Fantasyland expansion site.

There is no word on the theme or the show, though it is has been said that the proposed floats will be quite complex.

There are also rumours that there may also be plans afoot to refurbish and upgrade Spectromagic for an eventual return when they finally retire the Main Street Electrical Parade once again.
