Walt Disney World Voted the Top Theme Park in the World
We already knew it was, but now it's official, Walt Disney World has been voted the world’s best theme park.
Walt Disney World was in the Best Theme Park (Worldwide) Category along with Busch Gardens, Disneyland Resort Paris, PortAventura, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and Universal Orlando Resort.
The result was announced at the Globe Travel Awards 2012, organised by the travel industry publication Travel Weekly. The awards are unique as the winners are decided by votes solely from within the travel industry, giving Walt Disney World in Florida a truly impressive thumbs-up from those in the business.
