From the 22nd February through to the 28th February, Hollywood Brown Derby will be experimenting with a new interactive menu.

This new tool is being introduced to enhance the dining experience for Guests with special dietary needs and lifestyle preferences. The application has been designed to provide Guests with visibility to personalize menu choices as well as information to better guide decisions.

Guests consult the menu and a chef will come out to the table to discuss the menu, the guests' selection and the special dietary needs that are required.


It will be interesting to see whether this becomes a permanent fixture.
