      Disney’s ‘Maleficent’ to Begin Production in June

      According to sources, Maleficent, a modern interpretation of the classic fairy-tale Sleeping Beauty will begin shooting in June this year in London.

      The film will star Angelina Jolie in the role of Maleficent, one of Disney's most iconic villians, and Elle Fanning is in talks to play Aurora in the live action movie.

      Robert Stromberg will direct from a script by Linda Woolverton and is already in the UK prepping the film.
