      issues getting into reservation

      i have my confirmation number and surname but can't seem to get into either of my reservations on the WDW site, either the UK one or the US one. I know i had this issue with my last trip and i solved it somehow but can't remember how! Can anyone help?

      Is it the 12 digit number or a new type? I know that I could get into the US site with my old-style 12 digit number, but not the UK one. Seems to be a problem with a few UK people. There is apparently a new type of number now that you need, but I have no idea where that comes from

      i got in with 1 12 digit number starting in 4 to a link that i got sent for last year's holiday. The other one disney booked for me in the US - why can't i just log in and them be there?? i don't understand LOL
