      Bell services and luggage

Never having stayed without a car I need a few questions answering.... we arrive by magical express, I'm going to keep our luggage with us, on check in will I be able to get someone to take us to our room?

How do I get luggage transferred when I change resorts?

      Thanks

      Re: Bell services and luggage

On the morning you change resorts call bell services and they will collect luggage from you room and arrange for it to be transferred, it usually gets to the next resort sometime in the afternoon so if you need swimming stuff etc keep it with you.
I'm sure they will take luggage to your room on arrival day at PO I have never used it though so can't be 100% positive.

What would be the protocol for tipping then? As I may not be in the room for transfer and also on arrival? Thanks

We tip a dollar or two per bag, I think you have to be there when they collect your luggage (they come pretty quickly after you call) the same when they deliver it (they will hold it for you until you are in your room).

Yes to all of the above. You need to be in your room when they pickup and deliver. Tipping is usually about $5 or $10 to whoever brings or picks up the bags. If the Magical Express lets you off at the main entrance, bell services is on the left hand side under the awning but before you actually enter the main lobby.

Tom (... why lift when you can pay someone else to do it?)
