On the morning you change resorts call bell services and they will collect luggage from you room and arrange for it to be transferred, it usually gets to the next resort sometime in the afternoon so if you need swimming stuff etc keep it with you.
I'm sure they will take luggage to your room on arrival day at PO I have never used it though so can't be 100% positive.

Yes to all of the above. You need to be in your room when they pickup and deliver. Tipping is usually about $5 or $10 to whoever brings or picks up the bags. If the Magical Express lets you off at the main entrance, bell services is on the left hand side under the awning but before you actually enter the main lobby.
