      Finally!

      A eureka moment! I have after all these years found the perfect way to lose weight on a regular basis! Get a doggle.... yep that's right... Whatever you eat they will eat half of it.. then what you don't eat they will nick off your plate and any food they don't eat they will lick all over so you can't eat it.

      I should have gotten a doggle years ago.... so if you need to lose weight get yerself one urgently. It never fails!
