How awful and annoying that they ruined your visit there like that - certainly wont make you want to revisit.

This seems to have happened to another family who are out there at the moment

. There was another family who seemed to get their dd on the rides but she was able to ride the likes of Hulk so guessing she is not as severe.

Ironic how as I am typing this that there is a Universal ad banner at the top of my screen Despicable Me. I wonder if Universal is actually talking about their policy instead of the new ride?
