      Help with renewing WDW anual pass

      The WDW site says my pass will expire in 45 days and underneath this there is a link saying renew pass
      I click on the link and it says There are no products available online for the type of tickets you requested

      You can only renew annual your pass 30 days before it expires, that is why it tells you there are no products available.

      Thank you Wendy. I know it says up to 30 days after but didn't see the 30 days before
      It's weird that when I go to make an ADR it keeps putting a countdown up for me and a link to renew.

      well, it's now only 25 days to the renewal and it still says the same.... There are no products available online for the type of tickets you requested

      We've never had any problems, it might be easier to call them to renew or you can just go to Guest Services at DTD and upgrade there.

      The numbers I have tried from the WDW site say they are UK reservations and currently closed.
      Any ideas?

      yes thanks, had to renew over the phone.

      So we now have renewed annual passes for WDW and Universal. Busch and SeaWorld we do at the parks because they actually start on the day you buy the annual pass.
