Terrible incident at EPCOT

It came over the nightly news that a Doctor from Italy (presumption is medical doctor, as here they usually say if it's not so) was arrested and removed from EPCOT today.

Why? For kicking his three year old child in the face. It makes my stomach turn to think of if. Apparently, they were in Norway when it happened and two CMs ran to the child's aid. The child was crying and bleeding from the face. The parents (yes, the mother was there) both said that he slapped, not kicked the child, as he was not behaving and bothering his brothers.

However, there were eye witnesses to the kicking.

He has bonded out of jail, and no further info was provided.

We once, years ago saw a man in DTD yank (presumably) his wife around by the neck, and shriek at her. We simply called 911, but never did see how it played out fully.

I cannot imagine the life that poor child must have.

If I saw something like that happen in front of me they would need two ambulances and they would be locking me up with that savage.

I don't know where the child is, or whether s/he was brought to hospital for care.

It would be darn near impossible to not intervene, wouldn't it?

What a b....dy low life. What worries me is that the wife claimed it was just a smack not a kick, but neither is acceptable, he sustained a nasty cut and swelling. That poor little chap has to go home with that.

What will happen to the man, will he be deported or could he be jailed over there?

If I'd witnessed that, they would have had to drag me off the father.

Some people make me sick they don't deserve children, there are lots of people out there that can't have them and when you see animals like that it breaks my heart.

I hope they prosecute the pig, lock him up over there and don't let him go home to Italy. Three years old for gods sake, it's not just the physical damage it the psycological damage as well. Your dad is someone you look up to, who protects you and makes everything better not who abuses you

Boggles the mind. I am so encouraged that so many would intervene. I would hope that at the instant I saw it I would do the exactly the same and drop kick the guy since he likes kicking so much. I like to think that I would.
