Cape May / Chef Mickey's ?

Thoughts on the choice between Cape May and Chef Mickey's for Breakfast w/ characters? (Looking for members of the Fab 5)

Cape May has Goofy and friends. Minnie is in the side court (used to be Rip Tide Lounge).

It's less hectic and much nicer food wise. (But very well attended, just more "calm").

Thanks I think the "less hectic" may have sold me. Plus, we could walk to EPCOT afterwards, yes?

Absolutely! One of the best reasons to go there.

You do know it's closed for a bit, yes?

I did, though from what I've read it should be re-opening on August 4th. Thanks for the heads up though...

I think Cape May has better food and is a nicer restaurant, but Chef Mickey's provided a better experience

Are the breakfast foods similar....I'm thinking yes, but thought I would check anyway.

Not that I recall. Cape May had an extensive breakfast selection and it was prepared beautifully. I have a "thing" about hot food being hot and Cape May's met that expectation. Hard to do with a buffet.

As I recall (it's been awhile since we've breakfasted there) they had many more selections than other breakfast buffets on property.

Ooooooo, well Tink that definitely pushes Cape May ahead of the bunch!

I too would place Cape May ahead of Mickey's. The breakfast had a much wider selection and as mentioned, it is much less hectic and therefore quieter.
