'Finding Nemo' 2 Confirmed
It's finally been confirmed there will be a A Finding Nemo 2!
Director Andrew Stanton, who was at the helm for the original computer-animated movie in 2003, which saw Ellen DeGeneres, Albert Brooks and Willem Dafoe lend their voice to the project, has signed up to make a follow up to the Pixar classic.
Victoria Strouse is to write the script for the film and Lindsey Collins will produce, but no further plot details have been revealed, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The movie is currently expected to be released in 2016
If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together.......
there is something you must always remember.
You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
But the most important thing is, even if we're apart...... I'll always be with you.
Winne the Pooh - A A Milne

A friend is a hand that is always holding yours,
no matter how close or far apart you may be.
A friend is someone who is always there and will always, always care.
A friend is a feeling of forever in the heart.

Sigh.
Loved the film but it was a complete story.
They should move on, invent, evolve.
Sequels are a way of making money with minimal effort or invention and can in the worst cases detract from the original.
Only films that could carry it was toy story and possibly the incredibles.
Cars 2 is a case in point sadly as I adored the original

I really enjoyed Cars 2 and so did Nathanael who never took his 3D glasses off.

Re: 'Finding Nemo' 2 Confirmed
Sequels only work if the original story was meant to be a base for successive stories (like Harry Potter). You need to have a certain curiosity, almost anxiety to want to know what happens next. Nemo ended "happily ever after" and the best part of those sorts of endings is that you get to imagine what has gone on with him after the "show" so to speak. Rather like the Princess stories. Anyone really want to hear about babies, and getting up with sick kids, a la Cinderella? Nah.
Sometimes, leave it alone and move on. Sequels all too often, just come across and cheap attempts to money grub.Thank you for being a member of our Secrets Family!!! We are so very pleased to have you with us!
