Google offers panoramic views of Kennedy Space Center

The space agency granted five Google Street View team members access to key areas of Kennedy Space Center, where they spent a week capturing high-resolution imagery with a variety of cameras and tools. The result is a 360-degree photographic recreation of the complex.

Among the locations you can prowl around are the Vehicle Assembly Building, which houses the Space Shuttles Atlantis and Endeavor;

Been a long time since I've been in the VAB!

I used to have pretty free rein around the Cape back when I worked for a vendor that supplied NASA down there.
It's amazing to look at the difference up close and personal between Launch Complex 5 (Mercury/Redstone) and Launch Complex 39A/B.

We are going twice this year as we are doing all the special tours for their 50th Anniversary, so we will be going in the VAB, to the Launch Pad and inside Mission Control

Chris and I both like things like this and as each tour is 2 hours or more, we are going to get an annual pass for $50 so we can go on 2 days.
