      The view from our room...

      Building 6 - Surfs Up!

      We actually started in the "way back behind" of the Baseball building, but at 11:15 last night when it was 80 degrees in our room and steadily climbing, I asked to have someone come look at the a/c. By 12:15 when no one had turned up, I went back and asked them to move us. To his credit, the CM offered to move us right away...but you know ME, I'm an "unpacker" and the thought of having to pack everything back up at midnight with two teenage girls was, well, no thank you if I can avoid it. Turned out I couldn't, but they were so so so accommodating and did everything they could to help...including moving us to a preferred room and providing luggage assistance CM's who were genuinely two of the nicest guys ever. So, all's well that ends well...and we can hear the 7pm pool dance party from our room ;-)

      More Disney magic at work in a sense. We had AC problems at CS last year but they were able to easily fix ours.

      Indeed they do, they seem to know the first rule of thumb (at least where I'm concerned), people just want to be heard and acknowledged.

      Of course the girls have now gone from flitting around with a British accent to saying "hang ten" and throwing in "dude" at the end of every sentence. I love it.
