      We've had a lot of rain this summer. We went down to the beach for a weekend. It was a highly recommended and historic hotel. Ok well the ac did not work and they rigged something up that I have dubbed "redneck air conditioning" lol. But the straw that broke the camels back were the 3 ginormous water bugs ( roaches really) that were in our room in the 6th floor. Oh ick. We left at 11:30pm and I quietly but firmly told the front desk why I was going and got a refund for that night. But she blamed all the rain. I understand that. But again. Ick!

      Lol we were willing to deal with that! It was the bugs the did it. Do you see the tiny little tv we were watching the Olympics opening ceremony on??

      The really bad thing is that the hotel was HIGHLY recommended by so many people.

      oh! My friend, Julie, thought it looked haunted. The downstairs areas looked like The Titanic! And they didn't even have ac down there. Ugh I don't know how they work like that.
