Virgin is definitely losing its customer service. It took me weeks to get the proper discount on our booking and they can't give us a breakdown of costs such as flights, park tickets. They were really unhelpful and eventually after many emails going back and forth gave us the discount we were entitled to.
On our next trip and flights we will be trying BA

Just to add to what Deb said about her BA flight being last into immigrations...
Last time we flew VA from Gatwick and the BA flight beat us there by about 15 minutes.
Think they must have a race.
Oh and I looked into flying into Tampa but Tink said something about a bad drive up from there.
I would say though if you're happy with the price and it's for seats on a plane facing Florida then book it straight away.
