If you book a Walt Disney World Resort Stay, Play, Dine Offer you can now arrange for one complimentary Disney Character Call per room from either Ariel, Sebastian or the Beast prior to the start of your trip!

You will receive a voucher in your travel documents that will have details of the website you need to visit to schedule a call (disneyworld.com/CharacterCalls), as well as a unique personalized code.

Calls can be scheduled to occur Monday through to Sunday (including holidays) from 9am to 7:45pm.


Guests must be 18 years of age or older to arrange a Disney Character Call and be a resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (excluding Quebec). Residents of GA, KY, LA, MS, NE, NJ, TN, TX and WA will be provided a number to call to initiate the Disney Character recording.

Guests must schedule Character Call before arrival to the Walt Disney World Resort.
