If you are staying at a WDW resort
can do your ADRs online, can you put on the ADR more people than the ones in your reservation?

I don't see why not... you could always do a booking not linked to your reservation? although you won't be able to do it 10 days earlier

You just need to say how many you want the table for, it doesn't have to be just for the people on your reservation

You can book for however many people you have. Unless you are a large party (I think the online system will only let you book up to 10-12 people)

Correct. An ADR does not need to be linked to a resort reservation if the date of the ADR is 180 days or less from the current date. If you have a resort reservation you can make your ADRs 180 days before the first day of your resort reservation, but not more than 190 days from the first day of your resort reservation. The only time you need to link the ADR to your reservation is if the ADR is more than 180 days from the current date.
