when I saw the mini announced, I said to everyone that it was the first apple product in ages I wouldnt be buying. Then I thought, well i have to try one, and I've not put it down since I got it! (I havent used my full sized ipads since)

It's a truly brilliant product at a great price IMHO

if i used it more out and about i'd get a mini - fits in a smaller handbag

and I've not put it down since I got it! (I havent used my full sized ipads since)

DH got the full size iPad and I got the Blackberry playbook for our last trip to Florida. I thought the playbook was a much better size to fit into my handbag etc but I found it irritating after a while - the iPad is so smooth in comparison.

but....if you had the smaller one maybe you would use it more out and about. DH carries his full size iPad everywhere and I know I wouldn't, just wasn't interested in something that big. This mini is brilliant - and even lighter than the playbook.
