Google Maps Returns!
Just downloaded google maps and listened to directions to work from my bed

is that what it used to say.
In Australia I think it was directing people into the outback so Apple have issued an update for them.
Chris mentioned something about a Google Maps app but I didn't really take much notice as I was doing something else.

Yes, it was released today I believe. Of course, people were already complaining that it didn't have "bike directions" available? Really?? C'mon! At least you can reach your destination without falling off the planet.

I do think though that some common sense needs to be used with technology...the old saying if someone told you to jump off a bridge would you do it comes to mind. I always check out the route before I leave and have an idea, sat nav just helps with the detail.
