      Slowhand, I would really like to be able to share my concerns with the manager. Guests shouldn't have to know someone to have good food and service, eh?

      If you would think it ok to PM an email contact for him, I'd really like to detail the experience.

      I can honestly say that I can't imagine when we'd ever return there.

      Becca, yes the visit was really nice regardless of the food. We really liked the resort although Kidani does remain our favorite of the two.
