Disney to Delay the Roll Out of MyMagic+
Walt Disney World is reportedly having to delay the roll out of its new MyMagic+ system because the My Disney Experience program isn't quite ready for use. There have been a few problems that have been discovered in the software that Guest will use and the software engineers are trying to find a solution.
The roll out was supposed to be tested by Guests staying at Disney's Boardwalk Resort next month.
The new start date of the official onsite testing of MagicBands is now supposed to be late February to early March.

Sorry Dan, I should have explained more. Yes you are right it's all to do the RFID, basically there are some teething problems and Disney can't bring in the faspass+ to pre-book fastpasses for rides or characters and so the MagicBands will be useless, so they have had to put it back for about a month.
