Re: St Patrick's Day at Raglan Road, Downtown Disney

St. Patrick's Day at Raglan Road is utter and complete pandemonium! We were there several years ago, and haven't had the courage to return on this day, since! The U2 tribute band is wonderful. We heard some of it for a bit, but just couldn't handle the chaos. I can only imagine it will be the same year after year.

Of course, our local pub, Hagan O'Reilly's is no less chaotic!! St. Patrick's Day is quite the celebration here in the US apparently (as compared to elsewhere).

Herself was in NYC one year and said it was absolutely amazing. She and her niece ended up in a pub in the lower east side drinking with a bunch of policemen who'd marched in the parade. She said it was MIGHTY CRAIC indeed!

So, all that to say, if you are here for St. Patrick's Day, poke your nose into Raglan Road, but don't be surprised if that's all that will fit!
