A little known fact that I`ve just remembered.

When we were at WDW earlier this year we caught a WDW bus from the studios back to the GF. [This was a rare event as we normally drive to wherever we want to go!]
Anyhow we were sat on the bus for ages, just me, my DW and the driver who obviously was working to a timetable and had to wait at the bus stop for a given period of time.
I noticed that the seating arrangement on the bus was different from the one`s that I remembered from a few years ago and the driver overheard me mention this to my DW and joined in the conversation.
He then gave me three cards [about the size of a cigarette packet], each one depicting the different types of buses that WDW have used over the years. On the front of each card was a photo of the bus and some technical info was printed on the reverse of the card.
Apparently these cards are from a series of 18 [I think], relating to all modes of WDW transportation [boats, monorails etc.] and he said that all of the transportation CM`s should carry them and give them out when asked.
Maybe a project for the kids, to collect the full set?

My kids got a few of the monorail ones last year, but it was quite late on in the holiday so didn't have time to try to collect them all. We will be trying to get more next year though

Jack got a few of those cards last trip...but they were just buses.

I remember shock at the size of the WDW buses in 2003 compared to 1981! They went from mini-bus size to full-size busses!

Oooh my cousin is really into buses and trains - he used to drive them. Was going to get him some bullet train souvenirs but I might see about some WDW bus souvenirs too - sounds neat!
