      Creamed corn spoon bread

      from Hollywood & Vine Disney Studios

      1 1/2 cups of cornmeal
      1 cup buttermilk
      8 tbl spoons sugar
      1 1/2 cups frozen corn
      2 tbl spoons baking powder
      1 cup milk
      1 tsp salt
      1/4 cup butter

      Add all dry ingredients to liquid and mix well together until well blended. Pour into greased baking tin around 9" by 13" and cook in steamer for 15 to 20 minutes.

      Top of with creamed corn and serve
