Browned roast beef hash
Walt Disney's personal recipie
Serves 1
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tbs butter
1 cup prime rib meat,cooked, finely chopped
I medium potato,peeled and finely chopped
1 cup strong beef stock or broth
1 egg,poached or fried
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, 180 Centigrade or gas mark 4
Saute onion in butter until tendr, not browned. Combine onion,beef and potato. Spoon into buttered dish and bak for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and shape in oval patty. Place in a hot buttered skillet. Sautee until lightly browned on both sides. Top with poache or fried egg and serve hot.

This sounds very nice, but I like it best with corned beef.
