Candlelight Processional

Hey! I found a calendar for November and it has the Candlelight Processional the 29th and 30th of the month and then on into November. Are we really going to miss this?

When I was originally planning, it looked like everything started around the 2nd week of November.

I won't even get into the fact that the 9th is Katie's birthday and we were planning on taking her to MK and now I see that it is not recommended because of the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon

Take her anyway. Who cares who all else is there!? Get there at rope drop and then leave when it becomes too crazy. It's her birthday!!!

Will the Marathon make it unbearable? I have never been there when they were doing a run event.

I've been but to be honest, unless you want to notice it, there isn't much to be problematic. There are special areas set aside (the ones I've attended were all out in the parking lot). You'll see people walking around after in their medals and such, but I've never really noticed much of a problem.

Keep in mind that we have APs though and if something is too crowded we simply leave and go another time.

We've been several times during the marathons. The only issue we had was trying to park at the Polynesian for a breakfast ADR and they made us go to the TTC.

And I do believe the CP starts after Thanksgiving

Well Boooo to missing the Processional, but between the lights and the party I think we will still have a good time

Thanks for the info, by the way!! I think we will be heading to MK on the 9th and it is looking like the Princess is leaning more toward being a Mermaid for the day

We have already been informed that our next trip is February and then the trip after that will be April. If we are going for Katie's Birthday, then the boys get trips just the same!

They make me laugh. The part that isn't funny is trying to get them to understand that even though November is in 2013 and February 2014 - they are only 3 months apart and that isn't long enough in between Disney trips!! I love that they think Disney trips are so easy/cheap, but it so isn't true!
