      How hard is it to arrange for transportation service through Mears?

      Getting Outside Transportation

      You would think it should be relatively easy, but our friends and their little girl who were staying at POR booked a Mears shuttle to take them to Seaworld to meet us for the day. The shuttle picked up from other hotels and at one hotel they were kept waiting ages. On the way home, they weren't there at the agreed tine, when they rang to query (bearing in mind they are using a UK mobile) they had a different name and eventually turned up an hour and a half later.

      I don't think they'd use them again in a hurry
