King Bowl opening on International Drive
This could be a good alternative to Splitsville.
Due to open on International Drive April 15th 2013.
Just like Downtown Disney's Splitesville, Kings Bowl will offer a dining and entertainment experience.
Looks like it will have 22 ten pin bowling lanes along with billiard tables and eating facilities.
After 6pm, there will be disc jockeys and dancing for the over 21's.
I know some members aren't keen on International Drive but we love the area and often eat there.

Re: King Bowl opening on International Drive
Good info thanks!
I'd like to enjoy International drive but I don't really know where to start with it. We end up getting a taxi to a specific place and then there never seems to be anywhere interesting within walking distance.
Is there a good place to start where we could walk up and down a bit ?

Umm, I can't see Helen being comfortable walking along International Drive

But the most important thing is, even if we're apart...... I'll always be with you.

Re: King Bowl opening on International Drive
Thanks so much for the information. We are staying on I Drive for 4 days. We do that so that we can do Seaworld, some shopping (buses for the malls stop outside the hotel) and maybe do a day trip elsewhere from our hotel. We stay on the southern end so it is quite pleasant. I could never spend the whole of my holiday there though. Looks like we will give this a try in September.

not at all but I just feel that's maybe because we've been to the wrong parts?
