      Cheese biscuits

      RED LOBSTER" BISCUITS

      2 c. Bisquick
      2/3 c. milk
      1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
      1/4 c. butter
      1/4 tsp. garlic powder

      Mix Bisquick and cheese; add milk. Spoon on an ungreased cookie sheet (makes about 12). Bake at 425 degrees,220vCentigrade, gas mark 7 (i do mine at gas mark 5) for 8-10 minutes. Brush with melted butter and garlic powder.

      I have several variations of this recipe. If you add some garlic to the batter, along with a bit of chopped fresh parsley, they are quite nice too.

      Also, if you dip the biscuits (after brushing with the flavored butter) lightly in Hidden Valley Ranch's buttermilk dressing POWDER (not the salad dressing itself) it really punches up the flavor.

      You need a good sharp cheese too. I've had family members eat these like it was their last meal!
