Urban Vinylmation Series Returns to Disney Parks

One of the first series, dates back to the very beginning of Vinylmation – the Urban series. This graphic focus series allowed Disney artists to express their individual art styles on figures shaped like Mickey Mouse.

The first noticeable thing of the new series is the tray now consists of eight boxes, not 24 as previously featured. Each tray will contain at least one of each of the five known designs shown on the packaging. The tray will also contain at least one of the following three figures – a “mystery” chaser, a variant figure or a super mystery chaser. Odds are also now featured on the individual boxes which indicate your chances of finding a particular figure. These changes mean that a tray may not contain a mystery chaser figure like before.

This new series will be released on the 22nd March at D Street in California and Florida, and in the Disney Parks online store. There will be a special release party on Friday 22nd March from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at D Street in Downtown Disney West Side at the Walt Disney World Resort.

You will be able to meet the Disney artists behind this new series, including Thomas Scott, Maria Clapsis, Billy Davis, Caley Hicks and Monty Maldovan.

well i would like the Beauty and the Beast ones because i love B&B, i have a candlelight processional one, 40 years of magic etc etc. I find otherwise you end up just buying loads and loads. I have some pins but they're all resorts or special occasions eg MVMCP or Epcot's 30 year anniversary. Magnets is if i like them...my fridge is full. If i'm not careful one day i'll end up on a hoarder show LOL

I have some pins. Mostly Tinkerbell, but I have to watch that too. I will NOT get loads of money invested in Disney pins! I have no problem not doing the magnet thing. I have a couple and really like them, but only obtain them as gifts, so that's nice. Mama had her refrigerator COVERED in magnets from everywhere! She could tell if you moved one of them too!

there are sections on my fridge, front is for Disney pins only, no US or Sea World. Left side is rest of world, right side is for 'others' not that i have OCD tendencies! and yes i know if one is missing.

Now, magnets, I LOVE. My fridge downstairs is covered. As is my mini fridge in my home office. And since I am sitting here in said home office, you get to see a picture
