      Chip & Dale's Campfire Sing-Along

Has anyone ever done this? We have some friends going this weekend and they asked me about it. Is it typically crowded? How long should they allow for travel, etc?

Never been, but if they are using WDW transport, allow a solid hour if not a bit longer. Fort Wilderness has its own internal transport system that has to be negotiated in addition to getting to Fort Wilderness. Did that make sense?

I have not done it but just using FT Wilderness transportation, I would allow an hour
for that alone! We went in December to HDDR and it was crazy.

Having been to the HDDR several times, yes, it absolutely did. And I've just spent the last few minutes explaining that to him. Just to confirm, I mentioned that I thought there was a boat to FW from MK...is that accurate?

There is a boat from Ft. Wilderness to MK. I don't think it runs too late in the evening though

Make sure they fully understand the difference between Fort Wilderness Campground, and Wilderness Lodge resort and villas. Time and again folks get those confused. Not a good thing!

      Re: Chip & Dale's Campfire Sing-Along

We have done it the last two times and it is one of my favourite things to do at WDW.

Last time we were there about 45 minutes before the scheduled start time and chip and dale came out with some of the helpers and played games with the few kids that were there for a good half hour!

We always by s'mores kits there although you can take your own.

If they let the bus driver know they are going there he will tell them where to get off the bus.

It's never been overly busy when we have been there.
