ive used them everytime except the first trip you have the same cover as a high st, just make sure they are abta bonded i got good prices from charter travel for this trip and go in 7 weeks

I would suggest recommendations from others who have used online travel agencies. There are good ones and...yes, well...
The other things I would suggest are purchasing your travel insurance separately through a third party and confirming and reconfirming your reservations periodically, if you aren't using a recommended TA. Just in case!

caution about abta bonding,...... in a lot of cases it is as much use as a chocolate teapot.
you need to ensure you are atol protected and some form of a trust to protect your money.
You pay them the way you would with other agencies on the high street. No different.

I use a fantastic lady called Val who has her own website and is always available to chat about bookings and any problems.

Can't recommend her highly enough

I don't ring often at all.
In fact i think we've only had about 4 phonecalls about the holiday.
They've all been between 1 and 2 hours long but that's not the point
