i've just done my ESTA and gladly was approved, does it mean we still have to fill in that awful form on the plane?

The only people who have to still complete the green forms are those who elect to complete the esta and are travelling before 12 January 2009.

Thereafter the green forms are obsolete and the online esta will be compulsory.

Ok i post now Val is emailing mine to me but i assume you can fill them in at a travel agents.Or they would be sent out if you booked by phone?
Or is it all electronic?

if you don't have access to computer then you would have your TA log it for you, because based on that info, you would probs have bought your ticket from an agent as you don't have access to the net .....

However, to be honest, agents, in my opinion, should be offering to process applications for their clients anyways....... it is a customer service they should be providing.

so really if you are travelling before january, its a waste of time filling in the online esta, as you still have to fill in the green form
