Theres a subway at the premium outlet mall just outside downtown disney. I dont know of any in disney itself

The nearest thing to a sub at Disney would be at Earl of sandwich DTD.... However there is a Quiznos at the Crossroads near to DTD. Either one is delicious.

I've read that the coffee at Swan & Dolphin is Starbucks

If you like submarine/grinder/hoagie type sandwiches then go straight to Publix. They have the best ones going.
You can choose type of bread (wrap or roll) kind of bread (whole wheat, white, other...) and everything else that goes on the bread. Their prices are much better, the food much fresher and it's made to order (as are most subs).
