the new Toy Story ride at DHS - anyone done it?

Talk me through it please, the kids are very much into Toy Story at the moment

Me! It is fantastic Chris. As soon as we did it we knew it was to be our new firm favourite. Be sure to get a fastpass as soon as you arrive in the park.

Basically you ride in a car with a gun type affair in front of you. You pull on a string at the back to release various missiles that you fire at screens showing different fairground stalls. One has plates that you aim at, another is balloons. Points are scored for every one you fit. It's all done in 3D and is very clever! I'll go find some photos I took.

As Claire says it is such a fun ride. Because it is new, it is sooooo popular. Get there early for the rope drop as when the rope goes the people run to Toy Story and I mean run and knock people over!
My big tip for beating the crowd is this. Off to the left where the rope drops is a shop (cant remember the name but it will be obvious). The rope comes down near an entrance/exit. Go into the shop further down (the crowd stretches way back) and head for that entrance/exit nearest the rope. When its opening time, you are ready to go and have beaten the crowd. When we came out the wait time was already up to 45 mins and the FP's were for use in two hours time!

Yep! Even we, non video game people, liked the attraction! The waiting area is neat too. You will get a big kick out of Mr. Potato Head.

It's brand new!!! They can't possibly need to refurbish anything at that attraction this soon, so never fear. Just get the FPs as soon as possible when you enter the park and you'll be fine!

DH and I waited 80 minutes as we didn't arrive in time to get a fast pass . We both loved it and it was worth every minute that we waited . I wanted to go on it again and would have gladly waited, but we needed to get to Fantasmic . Its the best ride at DHS in my opinion .
