adult mnsshp costumes?
Do adults dress up for the halloween party and do the disney stores sell adult sizes or is it something that needs planning before we get there?

is planning our next visit to WDWI am:
Re: adult mnsshp costumes?
We bought some costumes from Walmart one year....not for MNSSHP but for a Halloween party back home shortly after we arrived back.
They were incredibly inexpensive.
I had a black cloak and a mask of "The Scream" and with it came a dagger which connected via tubing to a pouch of fake blood....definately NOT for MNSSHP!
My DW chose a black wedding dress with a veil and a black rose. [I think it was called "The Black Widow!]

Re: adult mnsshp costumes?
Some adults dress up for MNSSHP, some don't. Do what feels right for you--you'll be fine either way.
Have not seen adult costumes at WDW. Considering the price of the childrens costumes, I'm not sure I would want to!
Keep in mind that it's likely to be quite warm and humid for MNSSHP. Plan comfortable costumes suitable to the climate. You probably won't want to deal with extra layers--unless you need to add a long-sleeved t-shirt or sweatshirt if the weather is cooler than usual! Also, no masks allowed, if I remember correctly.
If I were to dress up for MNSSHP, I would plan a costume around regular clothing with a few accessories to set the mood. Or just wear a Halloween themed t-shirt or tank with shorts or slacks.

We went through this same debate. To wear or not to wear. So we are doing exactly what you recommend to work around regular clothes with some accessories. All of us are wearing glow in the dark vampire teeth and Halloween themed clothes. So when we get sick of the teeth, they can fit in our pocket. My two children have more of a "decked of vampire" costume to go with their teeth. They were thrilled with this solution.

Many adults dress up for MNSSHP . I went as Figaro the cat . Black bodysuit , leggins , bought a tail, nose and ears , some eye liner as whiskers and I was set . I now have a Tinkerbell costume that I bought at disneyshopping.com .
Have Fun !

Re: adult mnsshp costumes?
I stopped at one of our local (Arizona) WalMart super stores the other day--one of the smaller ones. There was one full aisle of costumes and accessories. One side was accessories, the other costumes. Lots of costumes for infants through childrens size 10-12, a few adult costumes. The adult costumes were poorly designed in cheap fabric and pretty expensive for what they were, IMHO. They started at $25 and went up from there. The mens (or unisex) tended to be something that looked like a sheet with sleeves stitched in out of cheap fabric (probably acetate). Not as full as a caftan, but the same idea. Fold over the fabric, cut a hold for the neck and bind it, stitch up from the bottom and out for the sleeves, then remove excess fabric. The ladies weren't much better.
The Orlando stores probably would have better selection, as Halloween isn't all that popular here. Although there are temporary costume shops in empty buildings--a bit like Christmas tree lots!

There are several Halloween costume ideas for women to choose. I am also looking for sexy and cool adult costumes. I am 23 years old slim girl and I am going to attend my cousin’s weeding. I want to look attractive and cool, please suggest me adult costume which suits me most.
