Is the fantasmic dinner package worth it?

Is it worth buying the fantasmic package for october time or will we be able to walk almost straight in?

The reason Im not sure is that we wouldnt normally do any of the restaurants on that plan

We have done this a few times and TBH the main advantage is that you can arrive for Fantasmic not long before the show - if you are going at a busier time - 1/2 term etc I would go for it

Agree with skywatcher, its that feeling that you dont need to get there an hour before to stand in a queue. Worth it as far as Im concerned

Re: Is the fantasmic dinner package worth it?

For us, no. We didnt like it one bit. I can understand families with young kids going for this option - it means not having to go early for a decent seat with kids who may get tetchy. I can understand also people not wanting to sit in the intense summer heat and wait for the show. I have teenagers who dont mind the wait so we go early and get three centre seats.
When we did the package in 2004, I couldnt believe how poor the seats were. The seating is at the edge of the auditorium and to be honest, the view was dreadful, so much so that we went back the next night in order to get decent seats and enjoy the show. We wouldnt do the package again.
