Our 5 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Executive Style Villa is ideally situated less than 1 mile from the I4 and US 27 junction, making it close to the major attractions of the area.

The Villa is a single storey, with its deceptive design it provides large living areas. There are 2 Master en-suites and 3 Twin rooms, All bedrooms have their own television. There is a fully equipped Kitchen and Diner and 2 lounge areas.The villa also has its own heated swimming pool which is almost totally secluded, and backs onto Conservation Ground.
The living room has a comfortable feeling and is complimented with leather furniture and tv.
The den has a sleeper sofa allowing it to be used as an additional bedroom and also has tv/dvd/hifi.
Master bedroom 1 has queen bed ensuite and tv. Ensuite offers access to the pool.
Master bedroom 2 offers queen bed with tv and ensuite.
Bedroom 3 offers twin beds with tv and is orientated for young ladies.
Bedroom 4 offers twin beds with tv with a nuetral decor.
Bedroom 5 offers twin beds with tv also with a nuteral decor
The dining room has an extendable table to allow extra seating.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons.

The pool has extended deck allowing extra sunbathing/seating/dining. The pool is fitted with a safety fence and must be in place when not in use for safety.

The villa is situated in a cul-de-sac in a very cozy corner of the estate which makes the villa idealy situated for those quiet relaxing times.

Everything you will need for a relaxing holiday has been incorporated into the villa so you can travel light, and it has been furnished in a way to enhance the beautiful surroundings you find yourself in. The villa also has broadband internet wirless access, and playstation 3.

There is a safe fitted and use of it is free.

Our Managment Company are only a few minutes away so if you needed help or advice they would be very quick to respond.

To the front of the estate we have shops restraunts and a pub, there are two major supermarkets a few minutes drive away. Opposite the estate is the new Posner Park Mall offering BestBuy,Target,JCPennys,Belks and a number of new units under construction.

We are just over 15 minutes drive from Disney outskirts and about 25 minutes drive from Orlando airport, the Gulf coast will take about 75-90 mins driving time. We also have alot of very good Golf Courses very close to us, amoung them Celebration, Southern Dunes and Highlands Reserve to name but a few.

We don't accept pets but mother in laws are optional.
